Can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a Track and Trace code via email from Mondial Relay, allowing you to track your package.
I haven’t received a Track and Trace code. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a Track and Trace code, please check your spam folder.
If you cannot find it in your spam folder, contact our customer service at: info.solincollection@gmail.com
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 14 days after it has been shipped.
Returned products must not be damaged, stained, and must still have their tags attached.
Return Conditions:
- Returning an item is possible within 14 days.
- Returns without a tracking number will not be accepted.
- We only accept returns if the items are in good condition, free of stains or damage, and still have their original tags.
- The shipping costs and risks for returns are your responsibility.
